Dr. de Moor is a native Texan, born and raised in Mesquite, Texas. She graduated from SMU with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and attended Medical School at Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Dr. de Moor trained in pediatrics during her Intern year at the University of Texas Medical Branch and specialized in Emergency Medicine in her residency at Texas Tech El Paso where she was Chief Resident.
